On Hold Telephone Marketing Messages

Our talented scriptwriters really get to the essence of what makes your business better than the rest and we present you with a creative structured script ensuring your on hold message service makes your business stand out and reflects it accurately.

The script is prepared with your input and we seek your approval before production commences. The finished production is played to you and any required changes are made before we install the production at your premises. We are not happy unless you are completely satisfied.

We licence our product to you for 12 month periods and you retain the freedom to make your own choices – you are not locked into long term costly contracts. We sell you the message player at nearly cost price so that you are not wasting money indefinitely renting a unit.

Company on hold offer a very straight forward range of telephone on hold marketing services:

Message Production - cost $495 PLUS GST

The Business Plan is a sophisticated production with background music. 10 professionally scripted messages are offered, with 5 being marketing messages consisting of a minimum 80 words each reflecting your products, services and company background and 5 call acknowledgements. The production is at least 5 minutes duration and is mixed with our own professionally created music and copied to a multimedia card and is licensed for 12 months.

Creative On Hold Messages

If you want a unique production, we can include sound effects, humour and creative scripting. Talk to us and let us know what you would like.

Message Updates - cost $200 + GST

Anytime within the 12 month licence period you may require message updates reflecting current promotions, seasonal greetings, specials, new products etc.

A message update offers the complete re-scripting of two messages of the business production and the background music can be refreshed or left as is. The message updates are recorded using the same voice talent and mixed into the original business production and licensed to use until the end of the current licensing period.

If you require regular message updates, we do offer discounts – please ask for a quote.

Equipment - Message Players

Two units are offered and both are state of the art digital and fully automated with the latest hi-tech features. Each unit has a unique serial number and the Australian manufacturer offers a 2 year warranty.

For first time users of our service, we install and set up the message player and multimedia card, adjust and check the sound and quality and play it back through your telephone system to ensure that it sounds great.

There are no moving parts and no on or off switch and once plugged in the unit starts automatically and plays continuously. Following a power failure or power interruption, once power has been restored, the unit will re-activate itself.

Message Player Standard - Cost $480 plus GST

This unit requires a multimedia card to broadcast messages. The timer function on this unit allows messages to be programmed to play at specified dates and times.

Message Player with Internal Modem - Cost $630 plus GST

This unit requires a multimedia card to broadcast messages and receive via modem any message updates and annual licence renewals. The timer function on this unit allows messages to be programmed to play at specified dates and times. This unit can share your eftpos telephone line at each site and any messages would be downloaded outside your trading hours so there is no clash with your line usage.

The message player with internal modem allows us to download messages from our studios to your site by way of a telephone line and is ideal for use where there are multiple or interstate sites or frequent message updates.

Installation and Setup Fee - Cost $85 plus GST

We travel to your site and install and set up the Message Player, supply and install the initial audio cable, install multimedia card, set sound levels to optimise the sound into your telephone system, test the equipment and audio production and check the message.

Note: You need to have a line isolation unit connected to your phone system for the signal to be recognised by your on hold facility. If you have a single telephone line, then you can purchase a single line isolation adaptor which will allow you to place callers on hold.

Multiple Site Discounts

If you have more than one location where on hold messages are required, you are eligible for a multiple site discount. Our discounts are extremely generous - ask us for a written quote based on the number of sites and your needs

Annual Licence Renewal - Cost $495 plus GST

Over a 12 month period all businesses experience change. Our licence renewal process allows you to reflect any changes and takes into account your latest products and services.

Annual Licence Renewals are licensed for use at a nominated site for a period of 12 months. We offer a new business production which includes partial or complete message re-scripting as well as refreshed background music.
